Updating CSS (version 2.2.7)

There are 2 ways you can update the CSS:

1. If your CSS Theme is default

If you have not made any edits to your theme styles, you can delete the CSS file and have the system generate a new one.

  • Locate your theme CSS file inside the p7tpm folder
  • Delete the file
  • When Dreamweaver reports it is being used and would you like to "Delete Anyway?", click Yes
  • Open a page that contains your widget
  • Open the TPM2 interface as if you were going to add or edit a your panels
  • Simply click OK

The system will generate a new, updated CSS file. Upload the new file to your Web server.

2. Have TPM2 Automatically Update the CSS file

If you have a cutomized TPM2 style sheet, the system can automatically update it for you. To do so:

  • Open a page that contains your widget
  • Open the TPM2 interface as if you were going to add or edit a your panels
  • Simply click OK

The system will update your existing TPM2 CSS file. Upload the revised file to your Web server.

Note: Dreamweaver cache issues might cause the changes to not show up immediately. If your widget appears to lose its formatting, simply save and close the page—then reopen it.

Updating the Script File (version 2.2.8)

You will need to replace the p7TPMscripts.js file linked to your page. By default, this file is inside the p7tpm folder at the same level as your page.

Updating the script

  • Delete the script file
  • When Dreamweaver reports it is being used and would you like to "Delete Anyway?", click Yes
  • Open a page that contains your widget
  • Open the TPM2 interface as if you were going to add or edit a your panels
  • Simply click OK

The system will generate a new, updated script file. Upload the new script file to your Web server.

That's it!
